Awesome location, cosy and comfortable rooms. Mountains view in the balcony. Service is also very nice. Food was also great. U can customise the food items according to ur choice. We had a great fun in the swimming pool. Enjoyed a lot. Water fall, garden are near by places to visit.

A very pleasant experience on a Family trip. The location is very good. Staff is humble, courteous and helpful. Food options were limited, but food was good. Booking process was seamless with hotel responding to queries within short time. Overall a very good experience.
Stayed here for one night because I couldn't find any cheaper rooms online. Rooms were ok, big enough to fit 4. The pool was next to us, it was clean. The location is near the highway but the connecting road is in terrible condition due to rain. Praveen, the manager is nice and helpful.
The kitchen service is terrible, the price is exorbitant compared to the quantity given. Also had to wait for half an hour and 4 complaints to get clean plates, spoons and tissues while we ordered food from here. It's unfortunate that nearby hotels don't deliver food and due to the pathetic road conditions we couldn't explore outside. I will suggest getting in touch with locals before booking hotels in Igatpuri and asking for cheaper rooms. Because at 3.5k, I have stayed at better places with far better service.
Good place to stay for the night. Rooms are ok. The bathroom door in our room was broken. The bathroom wad a little dirty. It's difficult to get there by car. The view was great. Service was good, the doorbell was a bit weird, but overall the stay was decent.
It's a good place to stay if you've got a car to travel around. The food is a bit pricey but good. The view is incredible. And the prices are reasonable. While our stay the pool wasn't clean at all.
A beautiful nice and serene place. Surrounded by mountains and in the lap of nature. Beautiful mountain and Valley facing room. Bestest in the monsoon season where one can see waterfall right from his bed from the big sliding windows. The cream on the cake is that one can see Igatpuri and Nashik bound long distance long trains making its way through the tunnel and bridges with waterfall and river flowing below.
Stayed in this hotel for one night during my recent trip. And what........left at morning to continue my trip highly fresh .
Hygiene( Bathroom can be a bit better as it had a bit of bad odour) and maintenance levels are impressive. The rooms feel really luxurious and cosy like home. Also has all the facilities you want at a good price.
Would have to liked to explore more but couldn't as I had to go
Rooms are nice....villa is maintained but the approach road from highway to reach villa is not good.....hope they get it done soon.....food u can order from so many nearby hotels.. or go out n eat wherever u like.. so many options available.....v get good tea n coffee at Pooja villa......

Location is very good. Great view of highway as well as valley. But not so clean place. Not good for family. But if u want to get drunk with ur friends its good. No changes in hotel from last 10 to 15 years. Food not available.
The place and view is amazing.
The facility is convenient and food served all meals was well including bifurcation of Jain and non Jain.

One of the best villa in igatpuri. We stayed in sky waters olive. Also the service was amazing. Owais and Satyam the managers of property look personally into our stay for smooth check-in and check-out
Air villa was awesome. Away from city.

There are lot of restaurants available outside on main highway nearby to order food.
Fridge and kitchen available if you want to cook your own food.

The rooms are neat and clean and the view is BREATHTAKING! They have a beautiful large hallway on each floor from where you can witness the beautiful majestic valley and the train passing through them.
The owner and staff is very friendly and caring.
