I am gymming for so many years but I took Pooja's 20 minutes class and my perception totally changed about fitness... only weight lifting is not fitness but overall fitness is necessary I simply loved that class and would love to be a member of shapers. Don't underestimate her for being a female instructor she is the best trainer in the city.

This is the best gym I have ever joined .I couldn't have imagine how interesting and hard exercises could be without using machines. And every day I experience new workout plans and new exercises . In this gym I do all forms of exercises be it crossFit , aerobics , yoga , functional training , strength training , circuit training all in one gym. I haven't thought that weight reduction could be so easy without following any particular diet and without using any supplements and in a scientifically correct method . I think all should give it a try in this fitness centre for once and especially if you got bored with your regular gyms .
I was doing all machine excercises from the past 3 years... And one day i got my rib fractured by a Trainers mistake... I was so afraid of this incident that i didn't told it to my family.. After months of rest , My wife took me to pooja mam's studio!! After meeting her , I was like "ye kya batayengi mujhe excrcise ki forms"!!! but guys believe me.. Pooja mam is undoubtedly the best!! I was just wasting my time and money from the past years!! Believe me ,whatever injury u are having.. whatsoever issues you are facing!! Just join her studio for once!! She s not like "ki bhai maine 100kg se 60kg kr lia weight to chalo gym khol kr trainer ban jaati hu" Her studies , Her scientific way of performing excercise is dammm so great... #shaandar!!
