My experience here was terrible, I came here because my mother recommended this shop and after placing the order and making the payment I came back on the day mentioned in the bill to collect it and they sent me back again saying there is a delay in delivery. Okay I understand it happens but the next day when I came back I had got the payment bill which instead they gave instead of the order bill and they treated me like I m a stranger and a fraud trying to cheat my way into taking their gold. They got into a fight with me and and I asked someone to find that bill and bring it to this place and then they didn't even apologize for their behaviour. Never again will I shop here. Please don't ever come here.
Visited few days back with my sister and had a Very bad customer experience. They will make you wait for half an hour before they come and attend to you and then give you no respect if you ask them questions on the way they calculate the rate of the jewellery. I recommend Giridhar jewellers compared to this shop.
