Perfect place to spend weekend with your family and friends. Rooms are very big spacious and clean with all amenities. Food variety is just awesome. Taste is too good. Swimming pool is big and clean. Absolutely amazing experience

I wish there can be ratings in (-), The owner is very rude and was very arrogant, As he is into hospitality and he is doing business, he should have that much sense of how to talk to their customers, and he himself was drunk and talking rude as we want to take food to our room but he arrogantly denied to do that as we paid full amount as they said then too if will get this kind of service then it's too bad and I have never seen this policy in any of the resorts that we cant take out food in our room, pathetic behaviour of the owner. I don't refer anyone to this place ever as it is waste of money.

Can't say anything about safety when your food and beverages are not safe inside the resort, we were robbed of our beer bottles from common fridge area which is inside the resort and was made available by resort staff informing us that we can keep our drinks and security cameras are there to monitor the cold storage area. When we inquired to see the security footage, they informed that the person who monitors the same is on leave and they will check with the security firm who has installed the cameras later on. Resort authorities ensured us that they will check the issue and get back to us within next 2 days. Now after waiting for more than 10 days when we reached out to them they told us that they have verified the camera footage and found out that they couldn't locate anyone. They also refused to share the security footage with us stating backup only lasts for 5 days. They obviously waited 10 days to tell us that. Worst place to visit where your food and drinks are not safe, let alone your family.

If u don't want your things to be stolen choose another resort. So the resort says not to keep and consume alcohol in the room and they have a common fridge area with a so called camera that may be working. We were asked to keep our alcohol there and we were assured that nothing would be stolen. As the day passed we enjoyed our stay, The next day when we went to collect the rest of the bottles we saw a magic trick and the bottles had vanished when I complained the same to the receptionist they were not able to log in to the camera and check the recording. They gave their assurance again and said that they would check with the camera man and get back in 2 days. It's been a week and after we follow up with them they say that there was no one who took the bottles and they cannot share the recording and want us to visit the property with a Pen drive. They feel customers are fools, well we learnt not to follow rules made by the hotel or your things can be stolen.

Yesterday we met there with my besties to celebrate friends Birthday Room was ok,staff are average But During lunch time 1 peoples was late due to some issue they were denied for lunch and saying that you are late that's why we can't serve you. Overall I recommend that if you want full enjoy then don't go there .

"The Pooja resort experience is the worst. Yesterday we went there. The room's cleanliness is poor and there is a bad smell. The AC is leaking and the bathroom is not clean either. The receptionist, Nidhi, is rude and doesn't have proper manners while talking. The food is also not good there. Plus, they don't allow food in the room and there is no nearby view to see." Guys please do not visit.enjoy your valuable time and weekend some other places.

The staff is not polite at all. Food was also below average as per the money we gave. You don't get any views from this resort. So it's better to look for other options.

I travelled with group of 15 ppl. Resort is for namesake. Staff doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. At the time of checkin receptionist was not ready to give all keys saying you have a make 100% cash payment or only 1 room will be given. After a heated argument receptionist given all rooms and dormitory keys. Whole idea is to take your money and don't bother to give service. Staffs were rude.They were not ready to serve dinner at 8:50 pm as they say timing is 9 pm and there was condition put by him that all guest have to come together for dinner. Again after argument I managed to get food for my 3 year kid and my group. Next day morning I knew breakfast time is at 9 and i knew they will not serve before that hence controlling my hunger and waited till 9 am. Now waiter says you would have asked for breakfast it will take more 10 mins again after a heated argument they managed to serve breakfast @ 9:20 am. Cherry on the cake is we found insect in Paneer vegetable served in lunch. When I spoke to some senior or resort manager he arrogantly told "To kya karne ka" Message for resort owner: Boss if you force and take money while checkin then ensure Hospitality, good food & service. It was more like resort is doing favor allowing you to stay. We come here to relax and enjoy not to follow rules and stay. It was horrible experience staying @ Pooja Resort.
