Taste is good. But the quantity of combo briyani is very less. Kari soru and chicken 65 is awesome. Service also good. Food on time.

Today went to Ponnusamy hotel for lunch after more than 20 years, having a hope to taste good food. Ordered chicken biryani for 3 people and very very disappointed. Biryani no hot, flavour or taste. Chicken pcs are rubbery. May be they have served y'day leftover food. Waste of money.

Really old place which serves good south Indian nonveg for Over 20 years. Visited them after really long time and the food was good. Been there for typical nonveg meals and they didn't disappoint. Their Kari soru is must try which is a recent addition. Their chicken chukka and mutton chukka was great. Usually serve food quickly and most recommended for lunch than dinner.

It's a very worst, I cant even express my disappointed in words, these people don't even know what is there in the menu and what they are preparing, Consider my case as example and take your chances We have ordered one paneer pulav, veg fried rice and paneer fried rice, waiter first bought veg fried rice and paneer fried rice and said it as paneer pulav, after some time he brought one more item and then said it as paneer pulav, when we asked what is paneer pulav he can't even differentiate betwee both paneer pulav and paneer fried rice, that worst the situation is, finally some other person came and said one dish as paneer pulav and comedy is they just fried rice in ghee and added pain paneer pieces in that nothing else and tell us that this is paneer pulav, after huge argument finally they said this is how our dishes will be, We ordered chilly Gobi and chilly paneer and they bought Gobi and paneer pakoda, By seeing the menu if you order then you are done here, what ever you ask they will say this is how we serve and this is what we give, very rude behaviour from all the staff. We waster our whole time did get food and Got a huge bill, worst experience in chennai

There was a time when this place was known for its fantastic Chettinad cuisine. Sadly that was a different time. My disappointment has grown over the last couple of times I've visited. The food is nowhere close to what it was. I really hope they turn a corner and get their zing back. What was a landmark is now a travesty.

What kind o hotel say no to a woman to use their washroom in case of emergency? I ask them politely about my friend that she need to use your washroom but they rudely denied and ask for me but something from them only then only I can use their washroom. Worst and worst In even our law it is written that no hotel should say no to this. Even this is basis humanity. Do yourself a favour and don't visit this place. I will never ever visit any of the branch as I had this experience. Very bad.

Disappointed with the quality of food. I got the lunch goat meals. It was ok quantity. But very cheap ingredients. The mutton was all fat and ligaments. The chicken 65 I ordered tasted like chicken bhajji. It was one of my fav restaurant growing up. sad to see the quality go down so much.

Very disappointing experience. I have been served food after almost 45 mins that too I have ordered only a plate of non veg meals. Food was not up to the mark. Staff didn't respond properly. Surely not a good place to have food
