Excellent Place. When I was told by my Relative there is a Park near their Area, I never expected a Nice Place like this. The Park comprises renovated Ponniamman Kovil Tank, Park, Children Play Facilities and Fitness Instruments and a Tiled Walkway encompassing the Tank. I had my morning Walk routine here. Everything maintained in an Excellent manner. The credit goes to the a Senior Person (Name not known) who is the Care Taker and his Wife who stay here. They are ably assisted by one Sri. Bhoopalan. I am so happy to have visited this Place.
It is the only park in the area. There is a pond in the centre which more like a small reservoir. It is functional but not aesthetically pleasing. Paved pathways give you an option of walking and jogging. They could have been wider. There are two swings, a seesaw, a slide for the kids. It is not bad considering the surroundings.
Good place. Neat and clean with a pond There are children play areas and fitness equipments for adults. People spend time in walking the park around pond in morning and evening. There are some ducks too in the pond.
It's located in karambakkam near porur lake. U can surprise when visiting this park. It's quit tricky to find new people who not know this park earlier. Coz it was well maintained one of the park in Chennai. It was adjoined with ponniyamman kovil pond along with 16th day kariya medai. Still it's very pleasant situation in here. One u entered into this park u can forgot chennai traffic. Nice place for spending time with kids and family. Foot path available for jogging and walking. Seats and kids play are available. It's located in near ponniyamman Temple. U can visit temple its also very nice.
Good walking track with children park . The water body with swimming ducks are very nice place to walk around without feeling exertion.
Quite place to spend leisure time.. Fair maintenance,, a small pond with ducks is good scenery for childrens...
It's is park where we can have our regular walks, do exercises. Children play area is also available,.
Be prepared to see some serial shooting on daily basis. Newly constructed and decently maintained temple.

This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
