Available in google as Ponneri Children thayathu or Billai podu idam, believed to be a good place for children thayathu. If you go by train, get down in Ponneri railway station, and destination is 1km away from station, and you have autos available. They distribute the thayathu on all the days but Amavasya/New moon day is said to be good to get the thayathu. It is said that they give tokens, but token system was not there when I went. Thayathu distribution starts by 9am, and preference is for people who brought their kids. It is not mandate to brought your kids though. You can take thayathu to your home and tie it to kids. Each thayathu costs Rs. 201. No contact number is available.
