Very expensive and poor customer service at Kanjikuzhi, Kottayam, especially the receptionist whom I spoke to at the time of payment, did not bother to answer nor listen. She took payment and walked away. I came to attend a wedding from a different state and this kind of behaviour was very disappointing. I will never recommend unless you know any stylists or artists for a professional service. Normal saloons are much better when compared to price and service. Totally disappointed with the service.

I once went here for smoothening. One girl did it. Her behaviour was good but service was very bad. Part of few hair was gone at back side after her smoothening treatment which I noticed after days. Got heavy hair loss too and hair became so hard. Also they don't suggest after care too. Our hair will get ruined only after their session. So I don't suggest this place for smoothening.

I did hair straightening and colouring from here last week. It's just 1 week passed and my hair looks so hard/frizzy and looks like wavy hair instead of the straight hair. I texted them in Instagram with no response. I did 6-7 times straightening my hair in last 6 years from many saloons but this is the WORST I did ever with no after sale/customer service. So girls if you are planning to straighten hair please do some research with the top saloons then only go for it. It's our hair and if we are paying for it definitely we need good service and the hair in a good condition that what we expected.

I had a great experience at polonica. Been using their services for many years now and they never stop being the best at what they do. Jishan did my hair spa this time and it was really relaxing and worth it.

Very bad experience.they did dandruff treatment and did colouring right after that caused allergies to my scalp My dress all got stained due to the colouring and that's spoilt my dress. Very irresponsible

This is by far one of the worst saloon I have visited in my life. So I had decided to get a haircut and trim on my beard, I was greeted by the female at the reception who seemed polite and asked to wait for 5 minutes for one of their stylist to attend me. After five minutes a young chap had attended to me and I requested that I wanted a side fade and trim on the top. To my surprise he really messed it up with my request, he had done some nonsense of a haircut where I wasn't even satisfied and was about to lose my temper on him. Instead I decided to ask his experience in this field and for how long he has been with this so called parlor. It has been just 2 weeks since he have joined and an experience of 1 year or so. I would like to mention his name is JESTIN !!! So please if you really value getting a really good haircut I suggest not to approach him cause it can turn into a nightmare. After this by Gods grace one of the other staff who was there noticed that he had messed up my haircut and came to my rescue. In such temper I forgot to ask the gentleman's name and walked away. The funny bit was Jestin pretended like he knows what he was doing, but I got the end result of it.

Polonica near Kottayam ksrtc bus stand. Most worst experience I ever had. Yesterday we went for hair cutting and coloring. Service was very better but the behaviour of staff was very bad. First of all kindly make your staff to behave better in front of customers. Don't know whether she was having any personal issues.. but it's not fair while being in a professional job and giving an attitude like this. I will never recommend polonica to anyone anymore only because of the their staff.
