I had my hair colored at Polonia recently, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was my second time getting my hair colored there, and they always do an exceptional job. The staff is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted, and the salon's atmosphere is relaxing. I'll definitely continue going back for their top-notch service and expertise.

I had experience some of the services from here which was amazing. And staff here are very welcoming and stayed out of hours for the customer satisfaction. I highly recommended this place and there service.

I did a haircut there. I had the worst experience. The staff didn't seem professional. When they did blow dry, the dryer had hit my face accidentally and I warned them to be careful. Again it hit my ear and I left the parlour with my ear burned. When this happened one staff came up with aloe vera gel as if this burning with hair dryer and ironing is something that usually happens there.

Doing keratin treatment for the second time from Polonia. Loved the whole treatment . Staffs are polite, friendly and well trained. Loved their hospi too. Highly recommend.

The salon is lovely and the service is amazing . Mr Biju is a very talented hairstylist. He suggested me a beautiful haircut that suited well to my facial features. I absolutely love it !

From my friends' suggestion, I have done my eyebrow threading here. Based on my experience, I'm writing this review. Cons: 1. Very poor customer service. 2. They have done my threading in a normal rolling chair. my neck was so painful during the process. 3. They haven't applied any powder or any cream that we are using normally. So that the threading was really painful. 4. Most surprising thing that happen is...they used a normal hair comb for brushing my eyebrow. that's the worst thing. 5. No finishing to their work. Sorry to say I haven't found any pros.

It was one of the best experience I have had in my own town. Years back I have tried in another place and it was not giving me back anything I need. But now I think my wish is satisfied. Thank you polonia. I had a great time.
