I had an amazing stay at Polonest Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff's kindness stood out. The smooth check-in process was impressive; I was in my room in no time. The warm welcome made me feel at home instantly. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. Polonest Boutique Hotel is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for a memorable and hospitable experience.

Location is the biggest advantage of you've work in town. Rooms would have been better with a little more effort on upkeep of the washroom. Service lacks sufficient resourcing e.g. extra blanket when a customer needs one in an air-conditioned room.

Never Recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel manager was very rude. I booked the hotel a day before and when I went there they said there's no rooms all are full. I even showed the booking ID but the response was like why did you booked through the online platform? If they don't want us to be book the hotel from online why do they register in such platforms? After hours of arguing they gave me a dirty used room and said stay here for a while if some other room cleared we'll give you one. What kinda service is that? I paid for a room a day before and they don't even reserved my room. And the manager was very rude when I asked for my refound and even said me to leave the property. Worst experience ever.

Liked the location, quiet and peaceful. However, one of the managers was very rude and hence giving a one star. I booked the hotel for one week through Agoda and then extended for another week through Agoda again. Since I extended it through Agoda instead of going to them directly, they refused to give me room, despite being available. Their argument was I should have went to them directly and shouldn't have booked online!!!! They asked me to cancel the Agoda booking and pay them the same amount directly - unprofessional and unethical. Not to mention the booking was non-refundable.

Room was not in good quality and cleanliness was a question. Additionally AC was having loads of issue. Even after complaining, didn't received assistance on it.

Awesome location and place. Rooms are kept completely neat and clean. Beautiful peaceful place. Not expensive for 12 hours stay. Came in budget all together.

Worst place, receptionist person is very rude. After booking the hotel we went to hotel on Sunday showing the booking Id the receptionist said no room, how after confirming the room and we have the booking ID the room is not available, no proper response and talking very rude. I almost searched for next after 3 hours. Negative mark option is not here otherwise -100 is the mark for this hotel.

The propertiy is very old...Above all, the location is the worst. This is 800 meter inside from Indiranagar 100 feet road and at a dead end... So in case you don't have your own vehicle then budget for the fact that you will never get a ola or uber. You will also not get any Ola Auto... You will always have to walk 800 meter to reach the 100 feet road... With luggage it would be very difficult to get out of this place....
