Tents are good but unfortunately few tents AC not working. Have asked to change the tents or solve the problem but no one responded well. Location is really amazing and best for 1 day trip. Food taste was really nice but again, not enough for number of people we booked for.

It was very bad experience for us. Since they had charged very premium amount (Rs 6500/- per room) we expected a luxurious treatment. However the service and food was below par. Management is poor. It feels like owners do not care about how the property is managed, they are just interested in making money. Food is highly disappointing, rooms also not so good. It was a total waste of our money. Only one thing which we enjoyed is the trekking and service of the guide David. If you are planning for one day picnic with trekking at Polo, you can contact him directly. Overall this tent city is highly not recommended. Find some alternate place. Read my detailed review below.

The location was great! Had great time with my office buddies. 2 night 2 day picnic. However the daily plan! It was not good. The tracking and hiking across village itself was good! I would suggest that they give more options of time slots to choose from. And suggest custom plan based on the duration of stay as well as the number of peoples. The accommodations should be regularly maintained. And I personally found that we missed many good places and the track we found that we did't had enough time to relax, enjoy on track! And something was missing. Not sure what but it was...

Polo Tents and Resorts is really excellent location surrounded hills and their customers service are amazing as well. Especially Kuldeep was really helped with tracking and all other requirements He is give is 100% for the Guest Adventure tower activities was good And zip line was very long to enjoy

Polo tent city is excellent resort for stay at polo forest. Its location is at bank of harnav river and very near to polo forest. Tents are good and ambience is pleasant. We enjoyed zip line and other Adventure activities. Forest trekking guided by Mr Kuldip is excellent, he has detailed knowledge of forest trees and animals. Overall all our stay was excellent.

Place is not quite, property is huge and the location is also great but the way it is poorly managed. Mostly we prefer quite places to enjoy the nature and surrounding far from the city, however tent city ensured that we will get the same noisy environment within the property, crowded tents, people with no restriction for anything, food was okay, Loud noise DJ party. Look for anywhere else if you are looking for quite, scenic staycation for a day.
