I booked a table and went there to experience dining in Ganges. I was hearing so much buzz around about this place and the experience. During booking they have confirmed that they also have buffet service. Once I reached there, they informed that their ship went for maintenance so their restaurant is full and there is no buffet service. Eventually we were accommodated in launch, at a corner. Seating was very uncomfortable and there were other table and chairs very close to mine. In a small room they have put almost 20 people. Foods are priced high and the quality & taste is average. My evening is ruined and I have no interest to experience all these nonsense. They are all about marketing.

Good vibe. Has indoor seating and a roof top skydeck. Service is good. Food is average. The best thing about this place is the view.

We only went to the restaurant, so I don't know about the rooms. The ship has gone for a complete overhaul and will be ready from September 2023. There will be more than 50 rooms. This time our restaurant was in a barge. We were ushered in the AC dining room. The food was good but not every item on the menu was available. Drinks were also restricted to mocktails and soft drinks.

Couldn't be better situated. You get view of the Bridge and old Cal on one side and the SBI building on the other. Quite a unique experience for me. Entering the property you first cross a twin track which is operational! Then you arrive at the reception which is on land then you are taken across the bridge on to the anchored barge which is your hotel. Please note the structure does move and bob with the currents and tied, if you suffer from motion sickness you will have a difficult time. The lobby and stairway were beautiful and well maintained. So were the restaurant and the top deck and bar. The rooms we stayed in were not up to standard. The carpets the fittings the drapes shoot age and are dirty. The baths were in a bad condition and need renovations. Will be happy to revisit when the rooms are refreshed hopefully!

Good place to hang out with friends. Food was good. The view from upper deck was good.

The service and ambience is really good. The food was ok ok...found it a little bit expensive.

The best place to have a dine or lunch. People go there for the ambience. Food pathetic . Service pathetic, but everything will smoothen up for the view and location . But very very avg food . Good for a romantic dinner . They also arrange candle night dinner, charges some 6k .

We had a booking for a special event and they promised a nice room on the boat but unfortunately we got a room very small and with broken door, except the location of the place there is nothing extra ordinary, food is average not that great, couldn't meet expectation. On the other hand toilet is not maintained for the south bank room.
