I am extremely disappointed with Polka Bakers and their rigid online payment policy. It's mind-boggling how they can be so utterly inflexible when it comes to accepting online payments for orders less than 300/- Rupees. This is the 21st century, and most businesses have adapted to the convenience of online payments. But apparently, Polka Bakers is stuck in the dark ages. First of all, let's talk about customer service. The fact that they won't even consider accommodating smaller online payments is incredibly off-putting. It's as if they're saying, "Your money isn't good here unless you spend a small fortune." This type of elitist attitude is a slap in the face to regular customers who may want to place smaller orders from time to time. Moreover, their online payment policy is just plain inconvenient. In today's fast-paced world, people often don't carry cash, and they rely on the convenience of digital transactions. Polka Bakers' insistence on a minimum 300 RS. payment for online orders is out of touch with the modern customer's needs. It's not just about the inconvenience; it's also about the principle. Why should we be forced to spend more than we need just to meet some arbitrary payment threshold? It's a blatant money grab and a complete disregard for the customer's convenience. Polka Bakers, your inflexible online payment policy is a major turn-off, and it speaks volumes about your business ethics and customer service.

Bitter Experience with me. Order was 1 hour late & after that they said Candles are short . When I asked that I purchased cake from you & shall I go anywhere else for candles, got Careless flat answer that you have to arrange yourself, you have not ordered Candles to us.

Burger quality too poor. Burger bread is like a wooden, can't eat

It is a famous bakery and pastry shop in the heart of Sriganganagar city within Jawahar Nagar. It is in between the Doctors road and the Hanumangarh road, close to Natraj sweet corner. They have a variety of cakes, aloo patties, paneer patties, chowmein patties and pasta patties, cream rolls, chocolates, cookies and gift items. They have a small seating area to taste or eat the various food items. I had ordered the famous kitkat chocolate cake garnished with gems and chocolate cream. My daughters are a big fan of the same and keep visiting regularly.
