First of all CARE INSURANCE is a FRAUD COMPANY trying to reject all claims putting query over query( I wrote my ordeal in care insurance's review I am still going through as of now) we do insurance and feel safe When a person requires medical attention family is so tensed over and above that we have to deal with insurance company insensitivities POLICY BAZAAR just sells you whichever company without checking may be giving them more commission They post claim success rates also wrongly Anyways please DONOT BUY any policy from policy bazaar especially CARE INSURANCE.

Recently purchased a comprehensive car insurance from policy bazaar portal but the insurer modified the policy terms to 3rd party insurance after the payment was made. Already they issued a comprehensive car insurance policy and later modified it to only 3rd party highlighting that car condition does not fulfil the criteria. Further, the policy was cancelled after requesting policy bazaar but still haven't received full refund till date even after following up on E-mails multiple times. Questions for Policybazaar: 1) Why does the portal display incorrect information? This seems to be deliberate just to make users buy any insurance. 2) If the payment was done through Policybazaar whose responsibility is to provide support? 3) If the T&C have changed after purchasing the policy from insurer's end then why any cancellation charge was levied. This guarantee was provided by Policybazaar.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with PolicyBazaar, specifically their customer service department. I purchased a health insurance policy from them in December, and right from the start, it was evident that their customer service was subpar. The first red flag arose when the agent overcharged me for the policy. The amount I paid was significantly higher than what was actually required. When I discovered this discrepancy, I immediately contacted PolicyBazaar, and they assured me that I would receive a refund for the excess amount. However, it has now been six months since then, and I am still waiting for my refund. In these past six months, I have spent countless hours on the phone, calling their customer care department in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, every time I call, I am met with unresponsive and unhelpful customer service representatives. They show a lack of empathy towards my situation and seem uninterested in addressing my concerns. The lack of communication and assistance from PolicyBazaar has been nothing short of frustrating. It is evident that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or take their customers' concerns seriously. The constant run-around and empty promises have left me feeling helpless and cheated. I strongly advise against choosing PolicyBazaar as your insurance provider. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer superior customer service and value their customers' time and money. I urge everyone to conduct thorough research and carefully consider their options before making a decision. PolicyBazaar's poor customer service has not only tarnished their reputation in my eyes but has also served as a reminder of the importance of choosing a company that values its customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PolicyBazaar to anyone seeking insurance services.

Pathetic service, the UI does not allow to enter car details for new car insurance. Do not buy a new car insurance from Policy bazaar, they just give you fake reassurance and absolutely horrendous follow up.

They will spam with calls from a variety of numbers despite multiple requests to not call.

Policy bazaar is offers very poor service and kind financial misinformation to customers.

Fraud people .they will be back until booking the policy ..after that literally no one will care ..don't fall into this trap
