Very bad rooms and bathrooms Ac not working Food is very very bad In the bathroom tap geting black and bad smell water Manager and staf also very poor performance
Toilets are very unclean and found hairs inside the toilet. Food order from their restuarant is pathetic They Charged high amount for simple chappathi and veg curry. 2 tea,4 chappathi and one veg curry cost 360 rupees. Veg curry was not cooked well and chappathi was terrible. No value for money. Please dont order anything from the restuarant and i dont recommend this place to anyone.
In the AC bar. The food there was not bad. The service was slow as only one person for all table was there when i visited.
Good place to stay and dine on the Dharmashala-Parassinikadavu road. Rooms are moderately well managed. There is a dining hall and open bar on the ground floor. If you want to be more cozy, an air-conditioned bar on the second floor will serve you.
Never visit this place .. very sad to say this.. Very poor service, If you are a out side Kerala they will cheat you use abused language in Malayalam. cheap behaviour of the waiter.. They will charge even more if they get to know that customers are outsiders..
AC option is good and suggested Normal one don't have a good service
AC bar service is not good. morning to evening service is too bad and the sevice boy behaves so badly. I also called the bar manager to complain he also behaved very roughly. Very bad experience .
