Polaris hospital is a state-of-art facility with a team of highly skilled and experienced doctors and nurses. I was recently admitted there for 3 days and received excellent care throughout my stay. The staff was attentive and compassionate, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and well-informed. I would highly recommend Polaris hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

All processes are very slow, relatives have to keep following up with staff, bill team is not up to mark very hectic process with no proper response. The patient was discharged on Friday and some amount was deducted from security deposit, deduction charges were informed orally not even provided any hard copy of bill giving reason that senior staff is not available even after following up daily yet not received. This is the hospital's responsibility to share the final bill hardcopy at time of discharge, if staff is not available hospital stop working ? Dr and nursing staff is very helpful hence 1star

My wife was admitted for dengue fever with Polaris hospital. Their treatment and service was good. Dr. Ajinkya was very polite, coordial and giving proper advice time to time during our stay there. Other doctors also was good to deal with us. We recommend others this hospital for getting better treatment.

I had an excellent experience at Polaris Multi Specialist hospital . The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive. The doctors, especially Dr Dinesh waghmare and Vidhya Dharne , have extensive experience and performed my operation with utmost professionalism and care. Additionally finance and mediclaim process was smoothly processed by Ms. Akansha and Mr. Omkar. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

Not at all worth. We made a mistake by taking our patient there. Would never recommend this place to any one. Bad service, delays and still waiting for refund of our paid deposit. Extra charges added and too many unwanted tests performed, big bills at pharmacy and pathology and extremely huge amount charged for an icu which does not even look like an icu. Take your patient to a bigger and better place instead of this place. Very very bad experience.

No caring for OPD patients . Staff start to enjoy themselves and doctor receive their friends The OPD patients have to wait endlessly even if they have to suffer. This is my personal experience. I left the hospital to go elsewhere where the staff is caring and respectable
