I recently visited Polar Bear, located on the Kolar Mulbagal Bypass, and my experience was quite average overall. On the positive side, they had good parking facilities and ample open space, which was a relief. The seating area was spacious, providing plenty of room for customers to sit comfortably. The restaurant's location opposite the highway was convenient, making it easily accessible. However, the ambiance and staff service were just okay. The ambiance didn't have any standout elements but was satisfactory. The staff members were decent but didn't go above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. The presence of clean restroom facilities was appreciated, as it's an essential aspect of any dining establishment. Regrettably, the service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed somewhat inattentive and slow, which affected the overall dining experience. It was disappointing to receive poor service, as it can significantly impact the overall impression of a restaurant. In conclusion, Polar Bear in Kolar Mulbagal Bypass provided an average experience. While the availability of parking, open space, and clean restrooms were positive aspects, the ambiance and service were ordinary. Polar Bear and it's DBC,,,, you'll always come back for more. You find a pleasant ambience in and around the store with courteous staff.

I haven't got disappointed by polar bear till now and the legend continues with this outlet too. We dropped here in a Wednesday afternoon while returning from Tirupati. The Ambiance of this outlet is pretty basic and there are only 2-3 tables for dine-in. Since, most of the people visit this outlet prefer take-away order I think those tables are enough too accommodate dine-in customers. Another major flaw I observed was Air conditioning was not on that too on a summer afternoon. Service: it's pretty quick and friendly. Our order was delivered in less than 5 mins. But they forgot to keep the swiping machine charged which costed us 10 mins to clear the bill. Ice cream: we ordered triple treat and litchi delight Ice creams. Both were good as always. The presentation was good and the ingredients were rightly put. Just enjoyed our portions on summer afternoon. Everything else: They do have a small bathroom & wash room facility. Parking wouldn't be a problem as it got huge parking facility. They offer both car pack and take away too. -BeingBakasura

I mostly visit Polar Bear only for their DEATH BY CHOCOLATE, I believe their supremacy in DBC, whichever outlet of theirs I go personally I prefer to have DBC the way they present it and I tried mango chilli that was too good,if you won't prefer choclate then there is plenty of other options available too,not much crowded when ever I visited,DBC is Luv and all the sundaes are great to taste after trying all of them I have settled with the DBC, the combination of brownie+cream+icecream+choclate sauce it's a combination of Cold+hot
