Visited hospital with my daughter today. too rush today in hospital especially in the pediatrics dept. Many kids having cough and related symptoms,more at night. Staff at reception and registration are are very polite and communication is very clear. Long waiting for seeing doctor and to take tests and all. Nice atmosphere, can spend time waiting for all these without boring much. inside cafeteria is there but I preferred to have lunch from out side Doctor are ok, not very special, Registration fee was 300

One of the best hospitals in the district. The service provided by them is too good and the doctors are also doing a great job. Another highlight of the hospital is its cleanliness. The hospital is very clean and the toilets were also neat and clean. I would never say the hospital is congested but in a way, it's quite small but that is not at all an impediment as they are providing a class and quality service. I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as our recent maternity experience at this has been far from satisfactory. As regular customers who have trusted your services for our family's healthcare needs, this deviation from our usual positive encounters is deeply disappointing. This was our first maternity experience with your hospital, and unfortunately, it left us with a bitter taste. The delayed arrival of the healthcare provider in the delivery room was an unexpected and unsettling event, especially considering our previous positive encounters with your hospital. Additionally, the lack of proper baby care recommendations for our newborn, a crucial aspect of postnatal care, has further added to our concerns. We sincerely hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. We believe in the potential of your hospital to deliver exceptional healthcare, and we trust that steps will be taken to address these issues and prevent similar instances in the future. While this experience has been disheartening, we remain hopeful that necessary measures will be implemented to maintain the high standard of care we have come to expect from your esteemed institution.

First experience with Hospital in India. It's great service from the Doctors, the nurses in 7th floor, specially the staff of the international help desk, Ms. Luxy kuriakose and Mrs. Molly Varghese, all very professional and friendly. They make sure I am well treat and comfortable all the time. My appreciation for Dr. Keerthi Rajan.MBBS, MS, DNB, FMIS and Dr. Abraham Cherian, Senior Consultant and HOD, Department of Anaesthesia & Critical care. They both is the most care Doctor I ever meet. They make sure I am fully understand the procedure that I have to going through and make me feel comfortable and confident that I am in the good hand by the way they handle my case. Thank you Renai Hospital for your best service.

I have visited 2 months ago for my daughters vaccination and everything went well. I loved the way the staffs management during this pandemic. Really appreciate the grounds being directed each patients to their specific doctors which they were need to be consulted. Overall experience was good. It would be fine if there were few more staffs at insurance desk and it was really crowded during my visit.

Renai is no doubt the best hospital I've been to. The staff at the reception are nice and so are the nurses. Dr. Keerthi is by far the most professional and understanding doctor I have met. Youngsters scared of judgemental doctors, I would suggest Dr. Keerthi in cases of gynaecology consultations. The nurse who assists Dr.Keerthi was also very kind.

Giving this rating only because of poor service and coordination at Radiation dept. No sequential calling of patients, no professionalism and extremely poor behaviour from staff even after waiting for 2 hours for a scan. Other patients and who came after completed scanning in 45 mins and staff was giving me a weird excuse that the slots for doctor I was assigned is over and will reassign .This has happened twice and still there is no solution.And the funniest part is I decided complaint on the delay to grievance officer and I had to wait in his empty cabin for 20 mins to complaint on delay in service. This summarised the entire hospital culture.
