Location is too good of the property. But the rooms are little congested in the rate at which it is available. Food is good. In breakfast there is a fixed menu with sandwiches, chicken sausage, aloo paratha, fruits and tea. Shaded parking is there. Dinner is available upto 9:30 PM and drinks till 10 PM. The service could have been better. Seemed like the staff were not 100% happy working there. Seemed like they were emotion less just doing there duty, very unlike how a hospitality industry works.
There's so much to this place. I love their service, they make the best cocktails, I love the wings and the salted butter corn. My favourite chilling place.
I am a travel agent book this hotel for a group of 20 Persons - Hotel staff not supportive, Food Quality worst only 1 person serving the food and that also very cold. At last they charged for the thing which the guest even neither order nor use the items, waste 2 hours at the time of check out to sought the billing properly or correctly. Negative Remarks

Nice place to stay. Small rooms but comfortable. Shillong has lot of power shedding which is annoying. The hotel has generators but some facilities like AC & hot water are affected by it. The food is good.
This might be a 3 star hotel- but their service is outstanding! Minisha at the restaurant and front desk Himani were great hosts. Their room service is incredible- before we could even hang up they were at the door with clean towels, coffee, water and anythin else. Washrooms and room were extremely clean. Hot water and shower were perfect after a looong day out. Great location and a perfect spot if you just want a nice, clean place to lay your head after a tiring day. Would definitely recommend for a budget spot

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
