Broast was crispy and tasty. But service was average

It's located inside City point mall. They're providing more than just broasted chicken and we can say that the food quality is good. If you want home delivery, you can contact them and ask for it. I have eaten from here and also takeout too. Without thinking twice I can say that, it's one of the nice place in Manjeri to have a piece of broasted chicken.

Very bad experience 2.30hr delivery time .... I have ordered 2 combos 1- 18 pcs of chicken 2- 10 pcs of chicken But I get only 4 nos ketchup

POGO Broasted Manjeri Their service is bad because I placed a broast order cheythu from here two weeks ago. I am abroad, then I used to pay through google pay. That time the amount was processed as pending payment in google pay. Again, I cashed google pay at that time. It was done and the first payment was still in processing. Then I told them that the first payment was transferred two days later. I called them and informed them. They said that they will send the cash back. But they have not sent it back yet. I sent message them daily , and they will delay it one by one.. Now they not even answering phone calls... by muhammed Dilshad (+91 9526290750)

Not crispy chicken, flavour is not tasty as their other branch. Service time is more.

Very poor customer service and annoying behaviour. Please choose another options and avoid this place
