Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. this was one of the safe and nicest places i stayed in the one week and i was in Delhi.Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

If you are coming to Delhi and you want a little more luxury with the hostel lifestyle then this is the hostel for you. The beds are awesome all with their own curtains, outlets and lights so no scrambling for the only plug in the room. for the summer night chatting session they have a lovely terrace area where you can pass the time. The manager is super friendly and polite. They accept Upi payments too, which is a bonus when arriving late without cash. All in all I had a great stay here and will be coming back for sure.

A new hotel. Well maintained. The paintings on the walls and corridor are beautiful. But as the infrastructure the Bathroom condition doesn't match. It has to be cleaned. The water passage was clogged. If it's regular cleaned. Overall it was good experience.

location wise it's an amazing place because of accessibility and all the other factors. if you are a person who appreciates room service then this isn't the place for you and its good for people who want a dormitory to stay.the interior of the private room was good but all the amenities mentioned here were not actually there.the guy at the reception was very helpful and humble but the girl in charge was a little rude and unprofessional.it was a quiet location and had a lot of privacy in the room.

My experience was not as warm as I had thought it would be. The room was pretty dirty and in bad condition. The host, Jasleen Kaur, was not so polite too. I hope the management takes care of cleanliness and warm natured staffs to keep the business going!

Worst hostel. No value of customers valueables.. if you keep food or drink in the hostel forget that you will be getting it back. If you wish to checkout and your travel time is in night then you can keep your stuff but you are not allowed to sit in the hostel you need to wait outside even if it on road but you can only go once and take your bags or stuff. Coz property managers directly tell you on face that please dont come or come only once to take bags as you have checked out

I love this location, i feel refresh here and find peace. Rooms r decent and classy. Love the vibe. Specially the manager, jaizz, i like her energy and she makes everything comforting for you. Highly recommended this place.

Such an idiotic hospitality. Nobody was there on the reception to guide us. We knocked every doors here. After 30 minutes one guy came out of sleep at 9:45 am. Not recommended. Very bad experience. Even they didn't mention a contact number anywhere in the property even online also.
