I always love the hospitality given by staff but on my last purchase due to negligence of salesman, I have to endure the loss of 5k. Salesman had swipe my card on wrong machine [atleast they had given me this reason] and i didn't receive that cashback in my account. Also, on complaining authorities denied to provide any credit note or any other form of written receipt. They are just giving me hope that they will settle this in my future purchases. Now, I'm in Dilemma about whether to trust them or not. PNG like a brand should have look into this as it really damages their image. Now, I'm thinking about registering my complaint with consumer forum which will hectic to them as well as me.
Our journey to this place commenced about 6 years ago. The first step into this showroom, we realized, there cannot be a better place to shop for Gold in India. The ambiance is extremely warm and has a very positive aura. The range is exquisitely displayed and the staff demonstration skills are dazzling. Product range is extravagant matching the requirements of all. Over the years, we have interacted with all staff members and each one has excellent skills and hospitality traits. we name a few, Ms. Praveena, Mr. Suman, Mr. Nitin. Mr, Rahul (now moved to Collage Rd , Nashik) Our special thanks to the entire team and wish them very best.
