I visited here to check gold price as well as coin for investment purpose. The png associate suggested me to go for vedhani, As I am from northern part of India I was not aware what vedhani was , so he showed me and gave me all the information, vedhani is 995 gold spiral ring type. He suggested ne for vedhani as it has no making charges only 3 % gst. Overall experience was really good.

Don't buy from png..they are making fool to new buyers.. This is the 2nd time I am purchasing from png and I can say they make people fool..they charged me double amount for silver purchase..I had no clue about silver purchasing and I bought it and came home and tallied bill I was shocked that they charge double amount for silver chain .. First time at abhiruchi mall Sinhgad road they also made fool by giving lesser amount of gold than we have paid

One in Phoenix Mall, Viman-nagar is easily one of the Worst Jewellery shops in the Country. Super Rude and Incompetent staff. Even a Single item Billing takes 20M just at the Billing Counter. And you have to go thru an Array of Procedures in the name of KYC. Ridiculous!!!!

0 star. We visited this store but was shocked by the rude behaviour of the staff. No one is entertaining to new customer. You need to ask everyone , where to buy gold or silver. Very disappointing purchasing experience. Staff is rude. Need more behaviour training to staff . Staff is very lazy . Very limited stock.i visited for bracelet there are only 2 to 3 stock available. In local chandan nagar market there are 30 to 40 variaties available

Unfortunately nowadays most of the times I face a negative experience at PNG, I had just called up asking for a simple requirement, but the staff informed that they donjot keep any material available for immediate buy, you need to raise an order 2 weeks in advance whichbis very strange for such abig brand. The staff also sounded very impolite.
