Worst service. Literally the worst service. Never visiting again. At first they told me they had what we needed and then had me waiting for almost an hour and when they finally decided to show us what we needed they said we don't have it and we can take your order but we don't garuntee the size and all that. Deceitful. Committed 16%making while I was purchasing and while billing, billed me 16.5% making charges for the same product which I had enquired and they had replied as 16%. Later they said we didn't say 16%. Such a liar. Moreover while billing Gold amount has also been charged at the higher side than what was committed because they said online just now rate increased. Not sure within 5 min how they can do this. Cheaters.
We came here to purchase manik. They sold the manik which does not have certificate. The sales person did not mention this before the billing was done. We were told the certificate is lost for the one we bought. So professional.. I will never recommend.
