I had visited the branch office regarding maturity of a policy last week. Ms. Kirthika was extremely helpful throughout the procedure and I must say it was unexpectedly pleasant experience.

I'm having a very bad experience with them. They gave me wrong informations about the bonus amount when I purchased the policy. Now I have not received my bonus amount. Manager Karthivel, doesnt answer or respond to calls after purchasing the policy. I'm helpless.
