One of the worst office manager is here. Very bad behavior and taking additional payment from the customers to his own account. Not recommended.

No room service facility provided here, but it's accessible for all kind of things located in main road itself

Amazing Location and Good Staff. I was on a Business Meeting to the Hotel Hall and I decided to stay in the same hotel. The staff is very polite and the place is at the very best of the location. Restaurant nearby has very good Menu. Really Nice Experience.

Very bad experience, Management are very bad behavior. Bad Rooms, not cleaned. Meeting hall average furnished, but audio system is very poor. Electricity is bad condition. Not very suitable for family stay. Not quite atmosphere. Totally bad experience

Bad service and bad facilities, not at all recommended. Hotel and interiors are good parking facilities also there. But the staff behaviour and support is too bad , the hotel facilities too bad. My experience- in ma room , it was not cleaned, there was no hot water, blanket, plates, glass, intercom, even the toilet exhaust out is to the balcony! Receptionist behaviour is not all acceptable

Had the worst experience from PMR Granddays today(1/3/23). My first time to Malappuram Booked the room the day before by phone to which the hotel confirmed my booking. But once I reached the hotel (4.00am) they denied it saying the rooms were already full. And I got stranded without any place to rest. Don't know why the hotel staff are doing such an excruciating thing to their customers. Totally not recommended.
