Very bad experience. Poor staff coordination. We asked for an appointment wth an Ortho surgeon and we gt one for General. They don't even know the difference between both.

Good hospital. Experienced docters.no parking inside the hospital compound, outside parking space available

They provide quality care and service to their patients.. Over all staffs impressed me a lot.. I congratulates all the staffs especially the pharmacy staffs. One of the another impression is their parking area.. they had a well arranged parking area.. but it's too dusty. It may be due to the current whether situations.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hospital. The care I received was subpar and the attitude of the nurse in charge of my case was incredibly unprofessional. The nurses seemed more concerned with their own personal issues than providing adequate care and support. They were rude and dismissive, and I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was poor, and I was not kept informed about my treatment or progress. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital, and would advise others to look for better care elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience with this hospital. Security treated me very badly. When I looked, I realized that he was treating everyone very badly. Parking is very bad.Nurses are also busy with their personal problems. Once a person is admitted, everything like cleaning, medication etc. is handed over to the patient's companions and not inquired about later. They don't consider them.

Very bad service from the hospital staffs especially emergency department . there is a communication gap between staffs and patient . Staffs are arrogant towords the bystanders. They are not giving priority to patients health and according to their convenience we need to behave in this hospital if the patients sick or well....... Absolutely bad experience not recommended for others. Even we are health care professionals, they are trying to mislead with useless talks. Casualty experience is very worst, only focused on the payment not worth for for money. Irritating

I have a very good opinion.I am Saneesh. I had a life-changing accident on 8th August and fractured my right knee and was on bed rest for three months, followed by physiotherapy I went to PMC hospital for treatment. I came here with a broken heart. From the very beginning, I saw very good behavior and compassion from the hospital staff and then the best experience I had from the physiotherapy department.I was very mentally broken and got the motivation to return to life. The very good behavior and motivation of Souparnika Madam, a physiotherapist from this physiotherapy department, helped me to return to life. My leg was completely healed as soon as possible and my broken mind was motivated for more success.I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at PMC hospital, especially the physiotherapy department.
