About Trainer: He always maintain proper discipline (This is one of the most important thing in any field). Always keeps an eye on everyone and guide them in a proper ways w.r.t techniques, Weight etc. While doing exercise he always encourage, motivate in a proper direction. Trainer is very much friendly. Atmosphere is also very good for girls.

This place is very much friendly and the trainer here takes care of each and everything. This is the gym where safety is considered as a top priority. Trainer has so much knowledge about the sport and this fitness that no one can compare. The environment here itself encourages the individual to do more on himself/herself. The environment is very much safe especially for girls and if any boy misbehaves then he's thrown away from here.

I have been residing in this locality for last 18yrs & this is one of the best gym's in our vicinity. The best part about this gym is the not just clean & new equipment but also the trainer who guides you time to time & motivates.
