Plus fitness has amazing space and the machines are up to date. The ambience is amazing and the environment is also safe. The space is clean and hygienic. The best part is the air rowing machine with is the best for me here. Happy to be fit and working out.

Plus Fitness 24/7 have fantastic atmosphere. You actually get a vibe there. They have different classes of Zumba, Power Garba, Yoga, Abs, Bollywood and so on. I have mostly attended all classes and would definitely recommend those classes to attend. I would rate this gym a 5 star for its cleanliness. All the trainers are friendly and ready to help. The Manager Mitesh sir is too helpful with the problems related to the gym. My most favourite thing in this gym is Sauna bath, it's too relaxing. It's been more than 7 months I am going to this gym and seriously love the vibe there. From past 1.5 months I have started personal training with trainer GOPAL RAO. He is the too particular with his training. I have actually seen transformation in my body in these 1.5 months which I haven't seen in past 6 months. Too grateful to him. Just be loyal to him about your diet and the rest workout part, he will look after it. The correct posture while exercising and gradually increasing the weights and motivating you to achieve your goal, Gopal sir is best with it. His work speaks louder than his words . I am too happy with my transformation journey and grateful to specially Gopal sir and Plus fitness 24/7 gym

The gym is extremely cool and hygienic and the people here are super friendly especially Brijendra Sir, he helps a lot in workouts and constantly monitors the workouts making sure we don't make any mistakes! Super happy and satisfied!!
