Good hotel. Great location. Rooms are nice but bathrooms need work. Lots of differed maintenance that needs to be caught up on. Oh and it was a mosquito fest at night. There seems to be nothing done to deal with it and the staff were ambiguous to that fact the next morning.

The attitude of the staff was really nice. They have a very good pool and so many activities.Restaurant menu was limited, but the buffet breakfast was good. Special mention for the person who serves tea near to the lake. They are planning to do a maintenance during monsoon season. Activities

Excellent resort at a reasonable cost. The staff were extremely kind and ensured best of hospitality. Chef were really good in serving authentic Kerala cuisine. Had a great stay. Gorgeous sunset by the back water. Lot of beautiful views around the property. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and scenery. Great service. Restaurant menu is a bit limited but they make up for with taste. They were also very accommodating for requests regarding food preferences. Recommended.

The location and ambience is good but I am extremely disappointed that I choose this resort to stay.I didn't sleep a bit at night because of mosquitoes.I felt like running away from this place.The rooms are stuffed with mosquitoes including the wardrobe.I wish the management had taken some actions instead of ignoring it.

This was my first visit to India and this place did not disappoint! The staff were welcoming and always tried to accommodate our every needs. They have multiple rooms that are near the backwaters of Kerala. Staff always made sure our bellies are full and the food was delicious! This is also the perfect setting for a wedding, which was the reason of my visit. Nothing can compare to the nature of this resort!

Extremely poor food! Unacceptable at this price point. Property location and rooms are good. All the staff are trainees and lack experience.

I only have good things to say about Plumeria. The property is absolutely stunning, there is so much space and wonderful facilities. We made use of the yoga shala, gym, spa, tea house and restaurant. There were also bikes, paddle boats and a pool to use. The thoughtfulness of the staff is incomparable. Each and every one of them went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. One night the chef made a special Kerelan dish for us that we wanted to try that wasn't on the menu. Overall, my family had an exceptional experience and look forward to returning
