Pranjal organised and planned the tour so very well that we never felt that it was our first international trip. Plug holidays is the most useless and incapable agency. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. Took their support for visa and they completely screwed up. Our point of contact Pranjal is the most irresponsible person I've ever met in my entire life. He troubled me and my friends until 2 days before our trip. He submitted a wrong picture for visa because of which we had to redo the application. He was clueless about everything and consistently kept lying to us. Do not risk your trips with this agency. We went through a very difficult and stressful time because of them.
