This place is a waste of one's money! They are out of stock for all food items, the food is stale spoilt and if you dare to ask the waiter for something they look back angrily to answer this is what we have and you can speak to the supervisor - do what you want but we ain't going to be polite. They are rather making sure customers leave the lounge even before announcements for boarding. The washrooms are dirty and stinking. Zero out of 5 - disgusting rude staff! Rather better to eat outside at one of the food stalls than using this lounge

Best lounge in Ahmedabad after a long time. Earlier it was under construction, now it's way better. Delicious Indian, Gujarati food. Enjoyed the place. Silent environment and very good ambience. Do visit if you are reading this review. I assure you'll like the place. Just hoping the time you come, it's not crowded.

Its one and only lounge in Ahmedabad and the ambience food and service is excellent. We were well served by the extremely friendly and polite staff. We were here during breakfast times and they had a vast selection of breakfast items from english breakfast to a selection of gujrati breakfast ,different varieties of chutneys and sauces and also a selection in types of cornflakes and drinks, and finally ending our amazing breakfast experience with different types of desserts.

Nice lounge. They have a cabinet at display with food items that you can choose from. Simple choices, good in taste. Washroom is outside only so it's comparatively a smaller lounge.

It's an average lounge. Plaza Premium has many good lounges worldwide but this one is slightly below par. The service is good, the people are polite. Food options aren't that vast. They accept VISA cards as well as Priority Pass.

Worst airport lounge ever I saw. They never clean the toilet, the flush is not working, no tissue paper and no hand wash. A public toilet is better than this washroom. Very cramped space.

Dr. manish who are honest, communicate well, and have a great deal of compassion. Going to your pediatrician should not be a scary experience. They are here to help you and your family navigate through difficult times of dealing with a child's illness

This was my first time at this welcoming lounge and I wasn't disappointed. Although it was smaller than most lounges, its ambience and service was exceptional. There were many options to satisfy all palates; vegetarian, Jain and non-vegetarian. The employees went out of their way to make me feel at home. Pooja Parmar, Nepal Chandra and Harsh Shaikh were generous and cheerful. Pooja offered to help me with my bags and walked me all the way to the gate. It is the soft skills that all you possess; of kindness and patience, which will always make you shine.
