Ahmedabad is the place where you can expect the most courteous hospitality. People are polite and friendly and it stands undoubtedly correct at Plaza premium lounge. The food is all great and fresh. I would urge you to experience the best of the best in terms of food and service at the Ahemdabad Airport Terminal 1 (Domestic Departure) Plaza premium lounge.

Plaza Premium Lounge is at 1st floor domestic departure in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. At around 11:20pm when i reached at the reception of the lounge, the receptionist suggested me that i should take entry in lounge at 1am because from 12midnight to 1am lounge will be closed for cleaning because if i take entry at 11:20pm then i will only be able to access lounge for 40minutes. She was correct at her end but i told her that i have two cards so will take dinner in 1st entry and at 1am 2nd entry i will take rest+sleep in the lounge comfortable sofa. She politely with smile swiped my card for entry. The food in the lounge was really good and the staff was helpful and courteous. It's a good place to have dinner or snacks and proper rest before your flight.

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Lounge at Ahmedabad Domestic Airport Terminal, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I encountered multiple issues during my visit that left me extremely disappointed. To begin with, I was surprised to find out that The Lounge does not support Paytm Rupee Card. This limitation was quite inconvenient, as I prefer to use this payment method. It would be beneficial for the lounge to consider accommodating a wider range of payment options to cater to their diverse clientele. Moreover, upon paying a hefty fee of 1652 INR, I expected a comfortable and spacious seating area. Regrettably, the lounge was overcrowded, and it was a challenge to find a properly available space to sit. This overcrowding significantly diminished the relaxation and tranquility that a lounge should ideally provide. Furthermore, the condition of the restroom was extremely disappointing. I have visited numerous lounges and public facilities before, but the state of The Lounge's restroom was undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. In fact, even municipal restrooms are much better maintained in comparison. As evidence, I have uploaded pictures to illustrate the poor hygiene and upkeep. Considering these issues, I sincerely hope that the management at Adani takes immediate action to address the concerns raised by visitors. The Lounge has the potential to be a top-tier facility, but it falls short in several critical aspects. Enhancing the payment options, managing overcrowding, and improving the restroom facilities would go a long way in elevating the overall experience for patrons. I sincerely urge the management to take these feedback points into consideration and make the necessary improvements. As travelers, we value convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, and it is crucial for a lounge of this stature to deliver on these expectations.

I used Regalia Gold card which was accepted. Reception staff is polite and staff inside were helpful. Sadly the entire lounge was completely crowded without a single place vacant and they were still accepting guests then. I couldn't find seat even after waiting for sometime, I had food standing and moved out. I am not sure if this happens regularly as this was my first visit. Area is much smaller than the ones I have visited in HYD / BLR. Food was average just like any other lounge. No complaints on the food. I would advise to check if there are seats available before you swipe your card.

Amazing food and amazing hospitality. The staff is very polite and serves you whatever you ask for at your comfort. They accept a wide range of credit cards from most leading banks. Had a good time.

It is a small lounge. You will not have much option in drinks you will have only water, frooti, tea and coffee. In food also you will have 3 to 4 options. Not worth paying 1652 rupees stay only if your card give some kind of offer that too please check because only few cards are accepted here.

Its only available lounge at ahmedabad airport. The, food, hospitality and space is very nice. Well maintained also. All major card's are accepted. washroom in common and only one for male and female,not at all sufficient Food quality Good
