The community has ample space with a good playground and walking area. But the goodness ends there. There is always a sewage smell and the buildings are not maintained. Some apartments have termites due to constant water seepage. My experience particularly with the A1-11 owner has been horrible. The owner is rude and will treat tenants as second class citizens. Anytime you speak with them they never have the time or patience so you will be actively discouraged from ever interacting. Move into the house at your own peril. While that said I know quite a few other owners that were kind. I guess it was my bad luck but I want to pass the warning.

Very spacious luxurious apartment gatef community. As the property isbery near to perungudi lake there is no problem in water.

A good gated community with lots of open green space.

Good society to live

Abode of the great Joe himself, this is a peaceful little community. The security staffs are so friendly and understanding.

Very nice place has park and ground to play , club house for library , gym , table tennis and swimming pool. A-Block Recommended for these extras, but B-Block Recommended for no out door activities other than tennis court, R-Block Recommended for 2 floors and other nice activities.

Seepage and sewage smell are two major issues. Bad experience with the Builder owned apartment Block A3 Flat 12. His manager Arun will never return the security deposit money and narrate false story to tenants. Don't rent builder owned apartment.

Pathetic civic hygiene with untreated Sewage treated water in flush/ tap, pipelines are Corroded, always there are issues with wash room water flow. Not recommended for living unless they change pipeline/ STP & excess water is wasted in nearby field for source of infections. No response from so cald association members or office bearers. Drainage overflow throughout monsoon & water logg for days together, association office bearers unprofessional & unsupportive with lots differences among members & residents . Interior Fittings/ wardrobe worn out of poor quality. Past glory as current situation is pathetic to say the least for family living.
