Plaza bounty acres is residential gated community with 232 flats. Still few flats are available for sale. My son bought a flat n we are living here. Rates are within the reach for a middle class family. Each n every flat has sufficient sunlight n fresh air.

Looks like a low lying area. Don't know how it will be during monsoon
