We had a pleasant stay at Playotel Inn Sonash in Indore. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and cooperative. Property is new and rooms are spacious as well as neat and clean with all the amenities available. This hotel is centrally located with all the main attractions are easily accessible. Their complimentary breakfast quality was excellent with lots of variety. They arranged for a complimentary birthday cake as I stayed in their hotel in my birthday week which was an amazing gesture. Overall it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Indore.
Good hotel, rooms are specious with enough big bed and also a sofa-cum-bed. The bathroom is also big enough and well maintained. The breakfast included in the room tariff is also a good varieties and it changes most of the days.
Pleasant Stay
I stayed at this hotel for two days and it was really nice experience.
1.Room size fine, sufficient cooling, clean washroom
2. Breakfast spread nice, different menu for both days
3. Staff is professional and trained, helpful
4. I asked for change of coffee heater since it was not working, immediately replaced.
5. Since it was two days stay, I requested for room cleaning and immediately done.
6. Only parking is available on AB road, but manageable, no issues.

Our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days with our big family was a great time. The staff support with their incredible service was excellent. The breakfast and room service would be top picks among the great experience at the hotel. We recommend anyone for the nice stay in well located hotel.
Rooms are littlebit well maintained but little bit small in size. There must be exaust fan in wash room. Staff and front desk support is very nice. Breakfast is good. Overall very good for stay with family and friend.
One suggession .... there should be one rest room may be common for the guests who arrives early in the morning. As buses from Mumbai or Pune or may be from other cities arrives early in the morning. And the check in timein the hotesl are 12.00 .p.m generally
Located in a student area so other than the restaurant there are lots of options for food and many of them are quite cheap in case you need a change. Their own restaurant is decent too. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.
Its a very comfortable and awesome stay in sonash, the food is awesome.I always prefer to stay at this place whenever I visit. The location is approachable. The staff is very very cooperative, humble, polite and firm to serve you the Best. Ms.Sudha Sharma is very cooperative and always curious to know about the guest comfort are the happy to stay and what are there views regarding hospitality and how can they improve there services to serve their valuable customers better again and again.
