I had great time eating delicious food at your restaurant.The service quality was truly exceptional. So happy with dealing of Mr Thakur for providing us great experience. The staff at Playground was extremely helpful. Right from the starting to the billing, everything went great. I had pizza, platter and lemon ice tea.. must visit once .. great food great ambience. I can't wait to come back.

It was fun ... We went on Tuesday around 7 pm with whole family and friends. Food was good, ambience is great but empty... :) So our kids enjoyed.

I am writing to provide feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant with a group of friends. While the ambiance and food quality were commendable, I must express my disappointment regarding the handling of our group orders and the overall service experience. Upon arrival, we informed the service staff about our group's preferences and requested that the dishes be brought to the table with intervals between each course. Unfortunately, this request was not acknowledged, and to our dismay, all the items were served simultaneously, overcrowding the table and making it challenging for everyone to enjoy their meals. We had hoped for a more pleasant dining experience, but it felt as though the restaurant prioritized quick service over ensuring our satisfaction. The lack of attention to our preferences and the seemingly disregard for the comfort of our dining experience was disheartening. We even communicated our desire for a more paced dining experience to the staff during the meal, but they persisted in bringing everything together, leaving us feeling rushed and unable to savor each dish as intended. As guests, we had anticipated a more attentive approach from the restaurant's service staff, understanding that a satisfying dining experience involves more than just the food itself. Sadly, this experience left us feeling undervalued and as though the restaurant's focus was solely on completing orders rather than catering to the needs of its patrons. I share this feedback with the hope that it will contribute to improving your restaurant's service and enhance the overall experience for future guests. Paying customers seek more than just the food; they desire a memorable and enjoyable time, and I believe that with some adjustments, your restaurant can achieve this. One of the best clubs in the Chandigarh tricity area. Wonderful food great ambiance and they have recently introduced the Beer Pong tournament. Eagerly waiting for season 2.

The ambiance and the theme was really awesome. The drink bottle entrance was really eye catching and gives you the feeling of luxury. The food was great too, we ordered non veg platter, mozzarella sticks, mojito and brownies. The only drawback I found was, the food was bit overpriced, rest all is good

Great ambience , polite staff, great management (especially prince). This place is spacious and serves really delicious food. The drinks are amazing and nominal prices. The lighting and music create a lively atmosphere, setting the stage for a night of fun and dancing. Speaking of dancing, Playground offers a fantastic dance floor. If you and your friends are looking to groove to some great tunes, this is the place to be. The DJ keeps the crowd entertained with a mix of popular tracks, ensuring that the dance floor stays alive and kicking. However, when it comes to the food, Playground falls short of expectations. While the menu boasts an extensive selection of dishes, the taste and quality leave much to be desired. We tried a variety of items, from appetizers to main courses, and none of them stood out as exceptional. The flavors were mediocre, and some dishes even lacked the finesse you'd expect from a place like this. It's clear that the kitchen could benefit from some improvements in terms of taste and presentation. Despite the food disappointment, I'd still recommend Playground for its fantastic ambiance and entertainment options. If you're in Sector 26 and looking for a place to kickstart a party with friends, dance the night away, and enjoy some drinks, Playground fits the bill perfectly. Just be prepared to overlook the culinary shortcomings and focus on the overall experience. With some refinements in the food department, Playground could easily become a top-notch nightlife destination in the area.
