Playground Bar and Cafe - Bar in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

This place is at the back side of Elante on the ground floor. The ambiance is nice, but a bit small. Staff is cooperative and professional. I didn't like their choice of music playlist. But I do like their food. Pizzas were not so great, but acceptable to eat. I do like their chicken wings and definitely recommend that. Pricing is okay, the drinks priced reasonably compare to the other restaurants.

Good food and ambience. The best thing was the music and live singing. The group ZAHIR was awesome. The quantity of the food was good but the taste could have been a little better. However, the sizzler was delicious. They have outdoor sitting as well which can be nice on a pleasant day. The place is usually full on weekends.

Playground is the new-look given to our classic coffee place mocha in the elante courtyard. The whole place is done as per the modern day demands. There is a massive bar at the entrance and the sitting area is done the right way. There are two seating areas namely the indoor cafe and outdoor courtyard. The only difference is alcohol is not served outside. The whole setup is done with the fusion of modern and classic interiors mixed in the best possible way. The Menu offers a wide set of options from Indian to foreign cuisines under one roof. The menu is done right and offers interesting combos. They have daily offers which are at bargain prices. I tried some delicacies from the menu on my last visit And I had a decent experience with food and beverages. Starting with the drinks I ordered l.i.i.t. to start with and I was definitely impressed with the presentation. The taste on point. Jack attack was the second drink I had and that was my taste buds were satisfied with. The Starters we ordered were The mezze platter Tikka and kebabs platter Honey chilli lotus stem with fries Extra loaded Nachos. The Mezze Platter was something presented beautifully and had many options of dips to go along and tasted decent. The honey chili lotus stem was something really done well and was loved by all but i ll recommend less fries and more lotus stem will be better. Tikka and kebab platter was a mixed bag as the chicken was too good and mutton was pretty average. The Nachos were pretty average and lacked the spark maybe a cheese dip on side can improve it a lot. Coming to main course we ordered Veg white pasta (wild mushroom penne pasta) The burger thali Butter chicken nanza. Wild mushroom pasta is something i always search and fail to find a good one. The pasta was cooked properly and sauce tasted decent. A little more sauce and cheese can fix it better. The burger thali is an interesting concept and is presented in the best possible manner. The burgers offered a variety on its own with unique taste in every burger. This was served with 2 dips, a cup of fries and a cup of wedges. Butter chicken nanza was an out of the box concept but failed to impress me totally. Serving size was good but things didn't go well. Something which needs attention and changes for sure. And finally desserts ! Chocolate attack Blueberry cheesecake Crunchy banana choco cigar rolls. Something playground worked well on for sure. Loved them all The chocolate attack was undoubtedly the meanest@ chocolate monster I had. The blueberry cheesecake was done good and passed my expectations. And the crunchy banana choco cigar rolls were a steal deal. Overall from my experience i ll say that a little changes here and there can make their presence strong in the market. I had a delightful experience and probably i ll visit again soon.

totally loved the place, the ambiance, the drinks and the courteous staff. it's a must go to place. order pasta which was tasty and so was the cheese cake. and i ordered gym tonic and doctor doctor which i totally spilled all over and the staff was so generous to replace it without charging me extra money. grateful for the gesture and will surely try other food & drinks.

I absolutely love this place. The food and the ambience are very nice and the staff is very well trained. Their Indian food items are a must try. I haven't tried their cocktails yet but they do have an impressive drinks menu.

As the name suggests it is a very casual and cool place. Food was very good and the menu has a lot of options. The decor is chic and nicely done which gives this place a very playful vibe. Ambience gets better due to the trendy music and young crowd. Must visit!!

Located in elante Mall, food is ok, staff is ok but the other setup of theirs in sector 26 of Chandigarh is the better one. However if you are in elante you can try this place. Beverages are not upto the mark. Pasta is nice and garlic bread is ok. It will costs around 1200 - 1400 Rs for two people. Its located on the ground floor near the exit door

One of the coolest places to hang out as a group. Loved the ambience, specially the live music, the voices made the charm of the place too good. The staff was very courteous and smiling. Not to forget the live favour game on the screen ! Enjoyed it to the core. !
