Place is nice and good...we came in with 5 kids one of the kid is under 1 yr old doesn't even walk and to take her in I need to give her birth proof for age. I came here from Canada n I dont carry her passport with me everywhere or even I would not feel safe to share passport with any indoor play area, even I was not comfortable to click photos of kids i dont know who makes such rules it was like crossing country border and no facilita to sit for parents or with infant.. if your are taking money please provide proper facility, and staff as many reviews say are not polite its like they are doing favour by taking our kids in for playing sorry but we really pay much for bringing our kids here..every penny matters
Lovely place to play for all age of children....they have lots of options to play with...we loved the preted play area a lot
I brought my kids here a few days ago. My kids are 5 and 3. I was traveling from USA. My kids loved this play area. Staff was very helpful and the kids stayed for the entire 1.5 hours included in the ticket. This is large enough that they don't get bored and convenient mall location. When I am here again, I would come back but my kids might have outgrown it. I posted the phot with the height information so that it would hlbe helpful for determining where your child is to determine expectations.

Personally the place is fabulous, very innovative but the staff members are not polite at all, staff members can be rated zero at humanitarian ground. I have a 9 year old boy and 2 daughters 3 years old. My son wanted to go to timezone, waiting for his cousin to join along. I asked the staff to let him sit nearby your office desk for a while coz I can't leave my daughters unattended inside neither I can leave my son outside. She bluntly said it is ur problem not mine.
