It was a business trip for me. Quite a great experience at the hotel. The rooms allotted are spacious, the service provided is great. We had a complimentary breakfast with booking and Food quality was also best. The had variety of foods in breakfast. South Indian menu is served on daily basis, apart from south indian they also have great variety to serve with it.
This is a very beautiful hotel, there is a big banquet hall in which any function can be organized for 500 people, there is very good food and very good service, here you can organize official programs like meetings and conferences.
Hotel good but the staff is very rude. Even the manager's language is very rough. He don't have manners to talk with females. Service is very slow.
The food was good. Room service was also good, but the air conditioner had deteriorated due to rain. Could not get it corrected.
I had a good stay. Room was clean. Appliances were working. Staffs were courteous. An electric cattle along with tea and coffee making stuffs and clean water was provided free of cost. Morning breakfast was part of my booking and it was good. Overall satisfactory experience.
The services were absolutely excellent. Food was delicious and so tasty. Swiggy and Zomato orders can be placed. Rooms were spacious. Plus point, there was an electric kettle in the room. Regular cleaning of the rooms done. And last but not the least, the Super Supportive STAFF- hats off to each one of them for their kind service and polite behaviour Special attention paid in preparing the food we requested for our child. Queen size bed was comfortable for a family of three. Close to Prahlad Nagar garden with beautiful toy train and other games, one can take children for a lovely walk and to spend time. No disturbance or noise issues at the Hotel, my kid had a lovely time.
Room service is better but not provide mineral water , its cost exta all over test is 10/8
