There is no values of patient time. There is no proper waiting area. Illiterate manner less staffs. Very bad staff behaviour...no one understand pain of patient , neither they reply properly...reception number person says send the patient and when patient go there they don't pic up the call. My personal experience never come again If you have 1 day extra then think to visit this center

Dr Raushan is a very humble and knowledgeable doctor. We had an excellent experience at the clinic. The ultrasound machine available at the clinic is top notch. Doctor patiently listened to the patient and answered all her queries. Although there was some waiting time at the clinic, but we realised the reason for high waiting period was that doctor was giving sufficient time to all the patients.

Pathetic state of services in Gorakhpur. First your call wont be answered, then they will ask your to first come down and wait to get appointment. Then once you get appointment, you have to come back again to wait for the diagnosis, as that number is just for the sake of it. There is no way of knowing if doctor is available or if the machine is working as the staff appointed to answer queries is too lazy to take calls. Most of the clinics wont even bother to add their contact details on Google listing. The worst part of such places is not the doctor but the staff who have developed ego and pride at a level higher than bureaucrats and politicians. Health services in Gorakhpur are at pre-medieval level. Seems like they are still unaware of appointment systems or any form of digitalization that could provide any relief to already stressed out people.

Best in terms of reporting..... Valid all over india..... None of doctor will say that i will not start treatment on behalf of Dr. Raushan Kumar Jha report... Yes, its true that you have to wait for report.....But:- kuch paane ke lie kuch khonaa pdd'taa hai re /

The best center for the most advance tests ( MRI and Advance USG ) : In all good places we need to wait to get things done I also waited 1 day for test but no regret at all : Dr Raushan is the most knowledgeable Radiologist I ever met with state of art equipments : I my self a superspecialist Doctor and I choose him to get my test done reporting done from Dr Raushan :
