Terrible location. Rooms are below average. The airconditioner struggles to work owing to it being on the inverter that cannot deliver enough power. Certainly a no-no with family. The sign board being slight at a higher level is not visible while in a vehicle. Can be missed easily.

Platinum Arrow Hub, It's very comfortable to stay. Limited Staff so personalized care. Food is not available at hotel but next building there is a restaurant available so no worries. If u feel the restaurant food cost wonderful staffs will help you by buying it. Its very secured. I recommend this hotel luxury comfort with simple money and limited services.. The Staff are very friendly, they can both speak English and Hindi. While the room offers standard amenities, the furniture and cardboard appear to be covered in dust. Additionally, the bed sheet and mattress seem outdated and worn-out and the TV and freezer are not out of order. The washroom fixtures and showers show signs of age and rust.

Window didn't open, not so good service, washroom locks weren't good. But the bed was nice

very poor experience... no room service... got shock from two live wires hanging at the bed side... stained smelly blankets...TV disconnected and not working... water leaking in AC and AC not working no one cared when i complained it to them No parking available and cannot park vehicle on road also Restraunt of their own is not present...food has to be ate from outside hotels... Room very very poorly maintained. No locals were available majority of them were from the north who cant understand anything.

Room amenities are excellent, very good & friendly staffs. It's located at centre of city that's helpful for newcomers.awesome experience I have get.thank you for for the hotel platinum arrow hub team.

Staff: Receptionist are very welcoming and there behaviour is very cordial. 10 on 10 for it. They try to make our stay good, but the hotel is newly renovated and the staff seems inexperienced they know nothing apart Ha slots of issues explaining them to make my room ready. They did everything but they took lot of time for it. Room: Room seems ok but I think price wise it's on a very higher end, the management needs to really think on pricing to stay on the market. competitive price needs to be kept. Toilet seems okayish I would rate 2 on 5, shower was not great. Toilet lacked proper exhaust. Towel which they gave me was unclean.

Hotel staffs are friendly. But hotel need to provide the regular attending number on the website. The only issue was the bathroom was too small. May be 2.5ft * 10ft. Else it was clean and nicely maintained. This is not the case of all bathrooms. But few of them. Need to be lucky to not to get this room.
