Jawahar lal Nehru Planetarium was the first Planetarium in Gujrat. Here you can know about our solar system.

It's not that upto mark.. At once, only 20 ppl are allowed inside.. Per person ticket cost is 8rs.. There's small Mueseum outside which is worth watching.. But I felt, the planetarium is little boring as the person explains things which most of us know.. May be this is good for kids who are beginners in this field

It's one of the best places to visit in Porbandar district. You can watch the show there between 8.30 to 12.00 and then from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. And a minimum ofn15 members compulsory. Otherwise we have to wait for others to come or pay for 15 members. No eatables are available there. But the show is very good. Mainly for the children. It's explanation is in Hindi.

It is one of very old planetarium of India. Small capacity room about 50 persons. Doesn't show much details of the space. The guide will say inform you about the things in Gujarati only. Worth one visit.

There is 10-15 show about galaxy... If u have children with you then visit it's exciting for them

It needs to be renovated, The planetarium is way too old now. It needs to improve so it can attract more and more people and educate them about our planet.
