Unhealthy hygiene standards. I found an insect in my plate in this hotel. The worse part is that upon complaining they all came together as very defensive stating baad main gira hoga. You eat all the food & came at last showing the insect in plate. Couldn't believe the manager & team has such replies. Looked like they are operating store with some riff raff & hooligans. One of the worst reastaurant in Calingutta beach. One should never visit this place. They are just getting walkins due to the prime location they are at, else their services are horrible & behaviour is rude. Hygiene standards are extremely unhealthy.

incredibly disappointing experience at this place in Goa. The exorbitant prices with garbage quality of food must have been truly disheartening. Looters Staff and Very misbehaving behaviour with family. Don't go there. They differ what ylthey promised. And additional tax and rude behaviour

One of the worst restaurants in Goa you can visit. Waiters and servants over here are totally hopeless and mannerless. They don't treat you as guests, they try to make you feel as outsiders. If there is even a slight mistake on your part, they try to rush you and push you, we have experienced this scene before our own eyes with others. So my recommendation is that please do not go to this hotel.

Worst customer service ever....It was on our last day of our trip,I went with my family to have lunch....I told the waiter to bring drinks and starters first while I look at the menu and will order main course....The waiter told me that to dine in t their restaurant,I have to place minimum rs.2000 order first and he literally kicked us out....I asked for the Manager but no one bother to resolve the issues nor are they interested in listening.... This restaurant spoiled all the holiday vibes... Don't ever visit this place....I hope they run out of customers soon as they are not interested in customer satisfaction......ZERO RATING...THATS WHAT THEY DESERVED...!!!!!!

operated by very bad people. they were rude and totally unprofessional. The waiter was forcing us to order for at least 5000 rupees. Rather our initial order was for 1500 and we said that we'll order more. He simply asked us to get out. Our family got up and left with mood spoiled with this goan etiquette.

I think one star rating also is not worth for this restaurant. Worst and no. 1 looters in calongata beach. They don't know how to treat with customers. From these types of people goa tourism will get bad name surely. For one king fish they have charged 3350/- Crab large 2950/- POMFRET.... 1950/- .i didn't know where the fish came from sky or water. The'll force us to order without giving proper information about food items. Big scam. Please don't visit this place
