PL.A Residency - Hotel in Ponnamaravathi - Pudukkottai, India

When we visited here we found following: * They will tell as usual no rooms available and then after demand they gave us continuous 3 rooms..per room cost 2500! * They were cleaning the rooms only after vacating.. but rooms were clean.. * No room boys here to carry your luggage, although lift facility available here.. * Service girl attitude is rude * Water tap leaking, TV remote fault, Hot water issue - even after complaining, no steps taken.. * No proper meal restaurant present down, only MEAT AND EAT restaurant is here.. * Open Car parking for 3/4 cars is there, no shed facility..! * No soap, shampoo, oil present in bathroom.. * For drinking purpose, Neither hot water Nor pure any water filter available.. only CAN WATER present..

Good one at that location but Need to improve the room service.

Hopeless fellows.. Poor housekeeping. Drinking water was not provided. Cleanliness not maintained, they are short of man power. AC was not working in a Deluxe Suite and they took 45 minutes to understand the issue. They finally changed the room for me. Bathroom did not have a toothpaste when asked for one at 6am I was asked to wait. They did not provide me with a toothpaste after 15 minutes I was told that "you have to bring your own and they were out of stock". I was asked to buy it from a shop near by. Horrible experience..

Good hotel in that town. Value for money. Having very good restautant. Basic room is very small,if u WANT to have extra bed then go for next room category. U will get some extra ordinary variety 9f food. 1.5km from bus stand.

I will never ever go this place again. Food was bad, expensive. we ordered salt lassie, it was sour and we had to leave it in the table. Noodles was ok but no flavor at all. Rice was not cooked. employees were rude. it has A/C but it was hot inside the dinning hall. waste of money

1st class room and good service. We have booked more than 10rooms and everything was good. Reception contact Mr.Gopal is nice person and helped lot.

Bad experience with the hotel. Allotted a bad room I paid Rs.250/ extra for my driver in a common room He declined to issue cash receipt for this extra money and my online payment

+ Rooms are well maintained (No Smell) + Enough Open Car Parking + Toilets are Clean + Ideal for Family Stay + Standard Room Rent is Nominal - Room Service needs to be improved - Deluxe Room and Standard Room I didnt find much difference on the Size or facility.
