PL. A. Krishna Inn - Hotel in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

I stayed in your property in 2014. Then it was very good. Thinking that it would be the same (upto my expectation) I booked for a deluxe twin bed room( for 18.10.23) When I entered the room to my utter dismay and disappointment, the room was not maintained properly. The bathroom door plywood was peeling at the bottom, the toilet seat was shaky and the hook for hanging the towels was broken. I had to keep the towel on the toilet seat and had bath. No provision to keep the soap. The socket for the kettle was not working and I had to try every other socket in the room to make my coffee. I had to go out immediately, so I did not bother the reception desk. For the money we paid and the facilities you provided did not match. Very dirty maintenance. Please , management, do something as you are going down in your rating.I stayed in Room no 403. It was not like the Krishna Inn that I stayed in the year 2014.

Room is not worth 3200. Rooms are not maintained. You can pay around 2k not more. To many rules for hot water timing etc. Food was good breakfast is good service is good. All the workers want extra cash for every small thing. If they come give food etc they ask for tips. Reception is worst and the guys at night reception are very irritating

Maintenance is good, following COVID protocol, location is in prime area, staff behavior is good, you will get free breakfast, and breakfast is really good, many items they will keep for breakfast, definitely you will like it, very near to railway station and opposite to central bus stand

The hotel dining options were exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes, from freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets. I recently stayed at here, which is located directly opposite the central bus stand. The location was extremely convenient for me, as I needed to catch an early bus the next morning. Despite its proximity to the bus stand, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I appreciated having a TV, WiFi, and air conditioning, all of which worked perfectly throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well both nights I was there. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was served buffet-style. There were plenty of options to choose from, including both Western and Indian dishes. I particularly enjoyed the idly and chutneys, which were freshly made and delicious. The only negative aspect of my stay was a slightly awkward encounter with room service. I asked for a bottle of water to be delivered to my room, and the staff member who brought it up asked for a tip. While I didn't mind tipping for good service, I thought it was a bit unusual to ask for a tip for such a small request. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch.

First the given room AC not worked; after more than 30 min , they gave me another room. The AC in the rooms are controlled by hotel people. No hot water in pipes; the hotel people serve hot water for bathing in buckets; absolutely not good one. In previous years this hotel was very good and the performance has come down. Not satisfied .

This Hotel is right in front of Trichy Central Bus Terminal & also very close to Trichy Railway Station. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staff are courteous and the rooms are clean. We will definitely consider this hotel for our stay in Trichy if we plan to visit once again.

Rooms need to focused - had to be cleaned and refreshing - to avoid fungen smell and unpleasant stay
