I was having lower back pain past 8 years. I had regular physio therapy but no use. I was having severe difficulty and pain during sitting, standing and walking less than 5 minutes. Hello All, Good Day! I was having lower back pain for almost for months from Jan 2023 to May 2023. After seeing reviews from Pattabiram location, I visit Dr. Prem Kumar. He identified my problems by asking me to do stretches and found that my lower disc is in bulging state. After having 18 days of physical activity course I have recovered from severe pain.
