I am very satisfied and grateful after undergoing Stapedotomy surgery at the PKC Hospital by Dr. Amol Hekare, for the following reasons - 1) Sincere attitude of service and empathy at all levels. 2) efficiency, dedication, sincerity, polite courtesy and helpfulness across all desks and ranks. 3) Team of skilled, qualified, experienced yet relatively young doctors whose most primary concern is the wellbeing of the patients before anything else. 4) cleanliness, hygiene and and promptness in all departments and services like room, food, laundry, dresses etc 5) good infrastructure with most of the essential treatments and emergency handling set up without any superfluous gimmick or show off -complete with in-house facilities like pharmacy, various investigation modes and labs etc. 6) offers quick cashless insurance and reimbursement facilities with prominent TPA and corporates. I want to return to the PKC Hospital for any future treatment of myself, my family members and relatives. I sincerely wish further growth and glory to the PKC Hospital and all its staff.

Had my acl surgery done here 2 days ago, the experience was flawless. If I were to choose a hospital between this hospital vs Other hospitals, I'd always choose PKC everyone from Doctors to the staff were very helpful and active, from Day -1 they have taken care of me like their families, the doctors here are very experienced and amazing, My doctor who performed my surgery Dr. Rohan Bhiwgade is great at what he does, he was very supportive throughout everything. Special thanks to TPA Department for making my experience flawless and cashless. Thanks to Mama & a the super friendly staff. I had Admitted my wife on 16th June 2023 and after 12 hour of delivery pain doctor advised that C section required however the same can be done once admission done with help of scan and also TPA advised below charges for delivery package. Delivery package 60000, Security deposit 5000 and Consumable item will be 5000 however after admission Hospital asked to bring medicine from their store of INR 16000 instead of 5000. Hospital is good for Nothing. Neither hospital have good doctors nor good administration also TPA team have no knowledge about what will be cover in package and what will not. Conclusion- Hospital have menu with attractive fee but after admission they will charge properly.
