PJ Princess Regency - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the PJ Princess Regency, and I must say it was a truly regal experience from start to finish. This exquisite hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of luxury, service, and overall ambiance. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the grandeur of the hotel's architecture and the lush, well-manicured gardens that surrounded it. The lobby's opulent decor, complete with sparkling chandeliers and tasteful artwork, set the tone for the lavish experience ahead. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Perfect place for a quick weekend vacation with family or friends. It has its own pedal boating within its premises. Pool too is rewarding. Huge area, at the same time, very well kept and maintained. Has its own spa, gym facility, games area, basketball court and childrens play area. Rooms are neat, though not too luxurious. Restaurant and food too are well worth it, for the very reasonable rates. Definitely a must try. Little known place very close to the city.

Hotel provides a luxurious experience and high-end accommodations. This hotel is known to be one of the most glamorous hospitality locations. The rooms are neat and clean and you also have access to the swimming pool. Must stay in this hotel. Great experience with family and friends.

Poor customer service.... We lost few items we brought to play in the play area (glass house)... They were not ready to check cam and identify who did this... In website they mentioned boating facility but no boats were in working condition. The play area and outdoor area not properly maintained.... One thing we could enjoy was the pool time...

An honest feedback about PJ Princess since th hotel is in outskirts its a real showstopper! This hotel being very far away from the city is having very limited or almost negligible choices about the food or even Roaming around if needed. The food quality isn't very good and the hygiene level is also below average. While the exterior of the hotel is really good, they really need to thoroughly improve on the hygiene the food quality and the other systems. Please consider booking a better hotel in the city for the similar prices and I'm sure you will definitely get it

Did a huge mistake by booking this hotel by looking just the ambience. I booked 3 rooms for 08/10/2023. Out of 6-7 lights,only 1 was working, sinkhole was blocked in 2 rooms, bath tub was leaking in 2. AC was not working, the electric kettle was broken, and so so on...Worst management, the manager was so rude, very less choice of food, they charged 25 rupees for 10 rupees chips. Don't book this hotel or they will show you their true colors during checkout.

My experience here was below average. Literally their receptionist took our luggage to keep it in room and instead sent the bags to some other vehicle which was going to some other place and told i have sent the luggage to the room. After struggling for 2hr their Manager told the truth and gave the luggage. Because of which I was stranded like anything in their room. Regarding room it was ok ok. Food is good.
