Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Tezpur - Sonitpur, India

While I was going through the feedbacks on Google, after seeing so many negative feedbacks about the staffs at this Pizzahut outlet, already a negative impression started building up inside my mind. However, one unexpected incident compelled me to look at them from a totally different perspective. First of all the outlet is located at a convenient place. There is dedicated parking space for customers. Outlet is well illuminated and clean. Pizaa and pasta both were good. Secondly, the staffs do try to do some push selling by suggesting you extra toppings/flavours etc. That might be because that's what they have been instructed to do. But, believe me my wife forgot her purse at the outlet and when she realized it, it was already too late for a purse to be stolen or picked up by someone, in these days. We then rushed to the outlet just hoping we found the purse. And when we arrived at the outlet, one of the staffs immediately recognised us and asked the other staffs to hand over the purse. And surprisingly, everything inside the purse was still intact. Thank you each one of you if you are reading this feedback. And lastly unlike Dominos, they don't serve in a take away box which is not just an eco friendly practice but also gives a better dine in experience. Thanks to Pizzahut for that.

It is the worst experience We had here. The billing and order process is below standard. Food was decent. Atmosphere is chill but not good. Bad customer service. I won't recommend this place. I prefer Domino's, rather than this. Staff behaviour was not good, And they use tactics to retain customers. Domino's is worth than this place.

Pros: * Taste wise Pizza was good and soft with filled topings. * Baked Cheese Momo is a must try out there, it melts in your mouth. * Chicken wings was good and very nicely cooked. * Location perfect * Option of choosing topings as it is showcased towards customer side. Cons: * KETCHUP ISN'T FREE !!!! (98paise per sachet) * Cheese amount was comparatively low. The customer service was kind of neutral, neither arrogant nor over friendly and thats okay. Suggestions: Non-spicy version of items should be made available or atleast should be asked during order if they want it spicy or not. The baked Cheese Momo was tasty but spicy and not recommended for kids or non-spicy eaters unless they have a non-spicy alternative. P.S Tezpur University students can opt for the 5.10pm bus and can smoothly return in the 7pm bus as it falls in the way.

Pizzas are love.. And Pizza Hut serves delicious pizzas.. And you have multiple veg options there so that makes it more customer friendly.

Had a really great experience. The behaviour of staff is very warm. The ambiance is great. Not to mention great pizzas of the franchise.

The dishes were not worthy of the price paid. The Baked Cheese Momo was not even good except the melted cheese. The Veg Momo Pizza was also not upto the mark. It's better to try other non veg pizza than opting for that Veg Momo Pizza. Super disappointed after all the hype the advertising team put up.

Worst experience in Pizza hut tezpur. Yesterday I had baked chicken cheese momo which tasted so worst. Also no idea why they didnt provide bill while ordering food. And took the payment in personal phone pe number. Replying to the automatic reply I got . How can I share order id? As bill was not given to me. I did the payment in personal phone pe no. such an unprofessional thing in pizza hut I have seen for the first time from pizza hut tezpur outlet.

Pizza was dry and coarse to eat. Not tasty at all. Honestly you're better off buying a 70 rs. pizza at madhuban bakery than wasting your money at pizza hut.
